Welcome to Discipology. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites discipology.com, discipologysystem.com, and makedisciplesnow.com (collectively, the "Sites"), operated by New Breed Training ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Sites.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use our Sites for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes consistent with their intended mission: equipping believers to make disciples. You agree not to:

  • Use the Sites for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Sites without our prior written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Sites or any related systems or networks.
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or promotional material.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Sites or the data contained therein.
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract content from the Sites without express written consent.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Sites for any user who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of New Breed Training or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Discipology name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of New Breed Training. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Sites and their content for personal, non-commercial discipleship purposes. This license does not include:

  • Reselling or commercially exploiting any Site content.
  • Downloading or copying content for the benefit of another business or organization without permission.
  • Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on Site content without prior written consent.
  • Removing any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Site content.

3. Disclaimers

The Sites and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Sites.

The spiritual, pastoral, and discipleship content provided on the Sites is offered for informational and equipping purposes only. It does not constitute professional counseling, theological certification, or legal advice. You are responsible for how you apply this content in your own life and ministry context.

Links to third-party websites (such as the Through the Word app, Amazon, or New Breed Training) are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, New Breed Training and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Sites or their content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Sites shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

5. User-Submitted Information

When you submit information through a form on our Sites (such as your name, email address, or church affiliation), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information to respond to your inquiry, send you requested resources, and communicate with you about Discipology. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential information belonging to others.

6. Free Resources

The Discipology system — including the Book, Journal, Mobile App, and Audio Plan — is offered free of charge as a ministry resource. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or place conditions on any free offering at any time without prior notice. "Free forever" reflects our current commitment and mission intent, not a contractual guarantee.

7. Modifications to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Sites after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
